Design and Testing Standards

Our products are meticulously designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with latest ASME and BS Standards.
All our products are designed and tested as per the following standards:

ASME B30.1: Design & Testing Standard for Hydraulic Jacks for Cranes & Hoists.
BS 2573-Part 2: Design & Safety Standards for Equipments used in Cranes and Hoists.

We are equipped with a highly skilled in-house design team and state-of-the-art 2D, 3D modeling, and FEA software, we ensure precision and innovation in every product we deliver.

Quality Assurance and Testing

At BEMCO JACKS, quality assurance is paramount. We have a range of Measuring Equipments which are regularly calibrated, to check all possible contours. We conduct rigorous testing using in-house test rigs with capacities ranging from 5 ton to 1000 ton and strokes from 12mm to 3000mm. Our testing includes load testing and efficiency testing with fixtures and load cells to ensure uncompromised quality and performance. All Testing is carried out strictly in accordance with ASME B30.1 Standard or as per mutually approved Quality Assurance Plan with the Customer.
